The app is not a substitute for a licensed mental health provider and does not diagnose or treat postpartum mood disorders. Always talk to a qualified healthcare provider about any questions or concerns related to your mental health.

Using the app doesn’t create a clinical relationship, and nothing in it is medical advice, therapy, or treatment.

If you need someone right now
If you’re in crisis, you don’t have to hold it alone.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of harming yourself, or thoughts of harming your baby or anyone else, help is available now. Call or text the Maternal Mental Health Hotline at 1-833-TLC-MAMA for free, confidential support before, during, and after pregnancy. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. Emergency resources are always available inside the app.

VillageFor is here to support your mental health journey, not replace your care team. Using the app does not create a clinical relationship between you and VillageFor.
Nothing in the app should be taken as medical advice, therapy, or treatment.

Your Responsibilities
By using the app, you agree to:

- Use the app only for lawful purposes
- Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to access systems without authorization
You are responsible for your use of the app and any content you submit.

All content, branding, and materials within the app are owned by VillageFor Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use content without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work hard to maintain a reliable and accurate experience, VillageFor Inc. makes no guarantees regarding the completeness or fitness of the content for your specific situation.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VillageFor Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the app, including emotional distress, self-harm, harm to another person, substance use, or other health-related outcomes.

You agree to hold VillageFor Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms.
