What you get
Everything you needed.
For every stage of the journey.
On your phone.
The check-in you never got
The same assessment your OBGYN uses at your six-week appointment. On your phone. Every week. In plain language you actually understand.
Works for every stage — trying to conceive, pregnant, postpartum, navigating loss. Over time, your results become a picture of how you have really been doing and a way to notice when something may need attention.
For women trying to conceive
Your check-in goes deeper, because your experience is different and it deserves its own tool.
Women navigating infertility use the FertiQoL alongside their weekly check-in. It was built specifically for this chapter: the back-and-forth between hope and despair, the grief that lives in the waiting, the way treatment affects your relationships and your daily life.
It isn't there because something's wrong with you. It's there because your experience has its own emotional weight, and for once, something is actually measuring it.
How today actually went
A daily space to say how you're really doing. The hard parts and the small wins both deserve to be remembered.
Whether you're in the middle of a two-week wait, navigating a NICU stay, or six months postpartum — the grief, the anger, the guilt, the exhaustion, and the good moments too. Over time, you start to see what's actually shaping your days, no matter what stage you're in.
Words for what you're feeling
A journal prompt matched to exactly how you feel today. Not a blank page. Just a place to put the thoughts before they get loud.
After you name your mood, VillageFor gives you a prompt tied to that exact feeling. Prompts are written for where you actually are — infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, loss, NICU, adoption. Your entries live alongside your mood data so when you look back, you see more than a number.
Talk to yourself like you'd talk to her.
Every morning, a reminder you built in your own words. Waiting on your lock screen before the day has a chance to get heavy.
VillageFor helps you write your own affirmation. Turn on notifications and it's the first thing you see. A sentence from you, for you.
The pattern you couldn't see before
Your daily mood and weekly check-in scores together in one view. See what has actually been shaping how you feel.
Toggle between 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months. Two data points. One clear picture of how you've actually been, not just today, but over time.
Something to do when nothing feels okay.
Therapy-backed grounding tools, right there when the moment gets hard. Not advice. Not a hotline. Just something that actually helps right now.
Breathing exercises, grounding techniques, and in-the-moment tools rooted in evidence-based therapy — built for the 2 a.m. spiral, the panic before a doctor's appointment, the wave of grief that hits out of nowhere. You don't have to white-knuckle through it. Open the app. Start here.
Know what you're actually going through.
Stage-specific articles and resources written for exactly where you are right now. Not generic wellness content. The real stuff.
Whether you're in your first IVF cycle, navigating the fourth trimester, processing a loss, or sitting in a NICU waiting room — VillageFor surfaces education and resources built for your exact chapter. Because understanding what's happening to you is the first step to feeling less alone in it.
Find a specialist who actually gets this.
Your doula. Your pelvic floor therapist. Your lactation consultant. Your perinatal mental health specialist. All in one place, inside the app. No more searching high and low.
Because it actually takes a village — and we're building yours. The Village is VillageFor's marketplace of specialists who understand exactly what you're going through: pelvic floor therapists, lactation consultants, doulas, midwives, therapists, acupuncturists — every type of support a mother needs, bookable for telehealth or in your local community.
The specialists in The Village chose this work. They show up for mothers because they believe in what happens when a woman gets the right support at the right moment. That kind of care changes things.
Learn more about The VillageThe gap nobody talks about
The system was built to deliver babies. It wasn't built to support the mothers who have them.
The standard check-in happens at six weeks. Research tells us that's far too early to stop asking — and far too late to start.
A study from Harvard Medical School found that women are most vulnerable between nine and twelve months postpartum. Research from the National Institutes of Health supports regular, ongoing screening throughout the full perinatal period. Not a single snapshot.
And the gap doesn't start at postpartum. The anxiety that lives inside infertility treatment, the fear that comes with a complicated pregnancy, the grief of loss — all of it benefits from being tracked consistently. Knowing where you are before the hardest moments hit means you have a baseline. You can see when something shifts. You can ask for help before the weight becomes a crisis.
VillageFor was built to follow you from the very beginning — because your mental health matters from the moment you start thinking about becoming a mother.
care
every week
One standard check-in vs. every week of the journey. That's where VillageFor comes in.
Most women have been white-knuckling through this in silence. Saying fine in waiting rooms. Smiling in group chats. Googling their symptoms at 2 a.m. so no one has to know they're struggling. VillageFor is a place to stop performing fine.

Getting support isn't just about you feeling better. It's about being more present for the child who needs you most. That's not a guilt trip. It's the reason this work actually matters.
