Owlet Is Setting a New Standard for Supporting Moms

We were honored to be featured by Owlet Cares in a conversation about postpartum mental wellness, daily check-ins, and knowing who is in your village.

We are honored to be featured by Owlet Cares in “Dear New Mom: Lessons in Postpartum Mental Wellness from Two Founders.”

In the article, we share some of the personal postpartum experiences that brought us together and inspired us to create VillageFor. We also discuss why daily check-ins matter, the importance of knowing who is in your village, and why maternal mental health should be supported throughout the motherhood journey, not only when someone reaches a crisis.

But this collaboration represents something even bigger.

Owlet is setting a new standard for the baby products industry. If you build for babies, you have a responsibility to stand beside the mothers raising them.

Thank you, Owlet, for recognizing that supporting babies also means supporting the mothers caring for them. We are excited to work together to change the future of postpartum care and maternal mental health support.

Start where you are

Wherever you are in your motherhood journey, we meet you there.

VillageFor is mental wellness for every chapter — trying to conceive, pregnancy, postpartum, loss, NICU, and adoption. You don’t have to navigate any of it alone.

Start where you are.

Fertility challenges carry a specific kind of emotional weight that most people don’t talk about. Whether you’re in month one or waiting through multiple cycles, you’re dealing with hormonal changes, medical appointments, and the stress of wanting something you can’t force. We screen for depression and anxiety during this phase, normalize the mental health toll of trying, and make sure you’re not white-knuckling through it alone.

Pregnancy is celebrated, which means the hard parts go underground. Anxiety. Doubt. The creeping depression that doesn’t fit the glow. We screen for maternal mental health concerns during pregnancy, catch what matters before it gets bigger, and help you understand what’s expected versus what needs support.

This is when most maternal depression and anxiety shows up, and when moms are least likely to mention it at a six-week checkup. We catch what you might minimize or miss, normalize the struggle, and make sure the “baby blues” label doesn’t keep you from getting help if you need it.

The grief after losing a pregnancy or baby is real. The mental health fallout is real. You deserve support that doesn’t minimize either one. We provide screening for depression, anxiety, and PTSD specific to loss, without rushing you through the process or offering platitudes.

Your baby is in the NICU, which means you’re in survival mode. You’re managing medical uncertainty, logistical chaos, and the trauma of your baby not being home. We help you track your mental health alongside the medical updates and connect you with parents who know exactly what this feels like.

Adoption takes a different path to parenthood, and the mental health landscape is its own thing. From the waiting period through adjustment, we meet you at each phase with screening, support, and a community of people who’ve walked the same road.
